JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the present case order impugned is dated 19.05.2009, and the office has reported delay of two years 2 days, but the said delay has not at all been explained in the body of the writ petition. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that reasonable time be accorded to explain the delay.
Request made is accepted. Ten days' time is accorded to learned counsel for the petitioner for filing supplementary affidavit, explaining the delay and latches in filing present writ petition.
