Learned standing counsel, on instruction, states that the mark sheet, which is appended at page 38 of the paper book, has been sent for verification. He states that the concerned respondent shall duly conclude this exercise within a period of two weeks from today; whereafter, the prayer of the petitioner for being sent for training shall be duly considered and disposed of.
Accordingly and in light of the statement noted above, this petition shall stand disposed of.
