Learned Standing Counsel submits on the basis of instructions that the scrutiny of the answer book of the petitioner in the subject of Mathematics for the IIIrd semester examination conducted in the year 2020 shall be completed by the end of August, 2021.
The petitioner does not press the relief for declaration of the result of the back paper in the subject of English for the IInd semester examination conducted in the year 2019, as the same has been declared.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel.
