Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant is unmarried sister in law of the deceased and no overt act has been assigned on her part. The applicant is in jail since8.3.2010.
Learned A.G.A. has contended that the deceased was subjected to cruel treatment and harassment and she was murdered by the accused persons.
The applicant is unmarried sister in law of the deceased. No overt act has been assigned on her part.
Considering the nature of accusation and the severity of punishment in case of conviction and the nature of supporting evidence, reasonable apprehension of tampering of the witnesses and prima facie satisfaction of the court in support of the charge, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Km. Roli Verma alias Ankita Verma involved in case crime no. 1903 of 2009, under section 498A, 304B, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Pilibhit be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
