Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Arun Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party nos.5 to 8 and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant habeas corpus petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner no.1 - Reena through petitioner no.2 Tinku who claims himself to be her brother with the prayer to issue a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing respondent nos. 4 to 8 to produce the corpus, Reena before this Court and set her at liberty.
In compliance of the order dated 15.2.2018, the corpus Reena has been produced before this court and her statement has been recorded, in which she has stated that she is major and she has solemnized her marriage with respondent no.4 Subodh Tiwari. She also stated that at present she is residing with her husband and wants to go with her husband Subodh Tiwari.
Considering the statement of the corpus, no question of illegal detention of the corpus is made out. She is at liberty to go with her own choice as she is major. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed.
