Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Commission states that subject to all contentions on merits being left open the candidature of the petitioner shall be duly evaluated and disposed of in light of the decision rendered in Sangeeta And 77 Others Vs. State Of U.P. And 4 Others, WRIT - A No. - 20016 of 2018 decided on 11 November 2018.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement made hereinabove.
