1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
2. It has been pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel that the Respondent No. 3 has been incorrectly mentioned as Additional Secretary instead it should have been mentioned as Regional Secretary.
3. The learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is granted liberty to correct the array of the parties during the course of the day.
4. The petitioner by means of this writ petition has prayed for a Mandamus to be issued to the Respondents No. 2 and 3 to correct the date of birth of the petitioner as "15.07.1993" in place of "15.07.1997" in the mark sheet and pass certificate of High School Examination - 2010.
5. After arguing for sometime the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer only for a direction to be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon.
6. Petitioner's representation is addressed to the Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad. It has been pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel that the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by the Regional Secretary of Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Regional Office, Bareilly.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
