Petitioner had submitted Ext.P5 revision under section 13 A of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act before the 2nd respondent, which is pending consideration. The request of the petitioner is to correct the re-survey particulars as per the provisions of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act. Having regard to the nature of contention raised, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:

The 2nd respondent shall consider Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the affected parties.
