Sri Gyan Prakash, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the first, second and third respondents.
Heard.
Petitioner applied for the post of Constable under BSF/CISF/CRPF/ITBP/SSB vide notification dated 3 December 2011.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the results of the examination was declared in 2012.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to explain the delay in approaching the Court.
In view thereof, this Court at this stage declines to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
