Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA and perused the materials on record.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have sought relief directing the respondents no.2 & 3 to set at liberty to the petitioner no.1 from the custody of the respondents no.4 to 9.The petitioner no.2 had lodged a first information report dated 19.4.2010 against the opposite parties nos.4 to 9 which was challenged before a Division Bench of this Court by means of Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 7057 of 2010 . The Division Bench issued notice to the respondent no.4 ( now petitioner no.2) and stayed the arrest of the petitioners of the aforesaid writ petition on the statement of the victim, Parveen ( now petitioner no.1). The petitioner no.2 is at liberty to contest the matter in the aforesaid Criminal Writ Petition . The Habeas Corpus Petition is misconceived and is hereby dismissed.
