Correction application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of application.
In the light of the submission made by the counsel for the applicants, the following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 5.9.2018 :-
"In the second line of sixth paragraph of the order, Section 323 I.P.C. shall also be read apart from other sections mentioned therein and in the fourth line of the same paragraph in place of A.C.M.M.-Ist it shall be read as A.C.M.M.- 7th ."
