Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manoj Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and perused the material available on record.
By virtue of this petition, prayer has been made for issuance of interim mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.3 to correct the date of birth of the petitioner, which has been wrongly mentioned as 15th July, 1996 in place of 20th March, 2020.
However, a representation for meeting the grievances of the petitioner has already been moved on 15.12.2016, which is pending disposal as yet to the knowledge of the petitioner.
Sri Manoj Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 claims that the representation is to be decided by respondent no.3.
It is directed that the petitioner may move fresh copy of application/representation before respondent no.3 within three weeks from today and in case any such representation is so made the same shall be further considered and disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks next from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of. Cost easy.
