None is present to press this petition on behalf of petitioners.
Compliance report regarding the progress has been filed by the State. From that it is clear that corpus was recovered and was set at free as she was major by the Court of Additional Civil Judge-IV, (Junior Division), Mirzapur and corpus was given in the custody of her-in-laws with her sweet will, custody order/delivery memo was also made in this regard.
Considering the fact, no further action is required by this Court in the matter. Moreover, none is present to press this petition, hence the petition is dismissed.
The writ petition is dismissed.
