The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the State authorities to comply with the order dated 7.5.2019 and upload the corrected result of the petitioner on the official website. Through order dated 7.5.2019 passed by this Court in Writ A No.5319 of 2019 (Km. Laxmi Devi v. State of U.P. & 2 Ors.), this Court had directed the respondent no.2 i.e. Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh at Prayagraj to correct the result of the petitioner and upload the same on the website within a fortnight from the date of the order.
The relief prayed by the petitioner in the present writ petition was already granted to him by order dated 7.5.2019 passed in Writ A No.5319 of 2019.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is not maintainable.
The petitioner has a remedy to institute proceedings of contempt against the concerned authority for non-compliance of the order dated 7.5.2019 passed by this Court in Writ A No.5319 of 2019.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 8.1.2021 Jyotsana
