The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Jhansi in case no. 535 of 2014 (State Vs. Avinash and others) arising out of case crime no. 104 of 2013, under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 427, 448 IPC, Police Station Cipri Bazar, district Jhansi pending before him expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
