While entertaining this petition, following orders were passed on 09.08.2018:-
"It is stated that in the result declared, petitioner's status is shown as 'no details found'.
Learned standing counsel may obtain instructions in the matter. Put up this matter, in the additional cause list, on 17.08.2018"
Learned standing counsel has obtained instructions, copy of which has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. As per the instructions, petitioner has scored 81.67% marks in High School and 80.60% marks in Intermediate. She has scored 172 marks in physical efficiency test. Petitioner's total marks work out to 414.87.
Since cut off marks in the respective category, i.e., unreserved, for being called for document verification is 417.36, therefore, petitioner has not been called.
In view of the fact that petitioner has scored marks below the cut off in the respective category, as such, she can have no grievance if she has not been called for document verification and medical examination.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
