This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 28.08.2019 by which the stay application of the petitioner filed along with the appeal has been dismissed. Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner assailed the order on various grounds this Court feels that no interference is required and the appeal itself may now be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
When the appeal is argued before the appellate court the petitioner shall be given opportunity to raise her objections.
With these observations this writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
