The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Kanpur Dehat in the application moved by Kumari Kamini to register her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in Case No.1069 of 2016 (State vs. Virendra Kumar @ Banke) arising out of Case Crime No.28 of 2015, under Section 366 I.P.C., P.S. Baraur, District Kanpur Dehat.
Looking to the facts and circumstances, the court below is directed to proceed with for recording the statement of petitioner under Section 164 Cr.P.C. as expeditiously as possible without any further delay.
In view of aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
