Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.K. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, in case the petitioner were to move a detailed representation in support of his claim for grant of family pension within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be duly evaluated and a final decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months therefrom.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
