Heard Shri Sushil Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri S.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused the material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to conduct fair investigation in F.I.R. No. 0261 of 2020, under Sections 376-D, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Laharpur, District Sitapur, with the further prayer to take necessary action against respondent nos. 5 and 6 in pursuance of the present F.I.R.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case. She lodged the present F.I.R. on 13.06.2020, but till date the investigation has not been concluded, hence, she has come up before this Court by filing the present petition.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation of the present case, if not concluded earlier, and submit a police report before the Magistrate concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
S.P., Sitapur shall ensure the compliance of present order within the aforesaid period.
With the aforesaid order, the present petition stands disposed of.
