None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition, even in the revised call.
The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
"(a) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to fill up all the post of Asst. Psychologist lying vacant from 1991only by the trained personnel having diploma in guidance psychology and not by back door entry of transfer and adjustment of untrained and unqualified L.T. grade teachers who have no training certificate of diploma in guidance psychology warranted under the Rule.
(b) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents from filling the vacancy by way of transfer and posting of untrained and unqualified L.T. grade teachers who does not posses the requisite and necessary qualification of diploma in guidance psychology- training certificate.
(c) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Asst. Psychology."
Learned Standing Counsel states that this writ petition has become infructuous by eflux of time.
In view of the statement made above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
