After the matter had been heard for some time, Sri Anirudh Pratap Singh Rathor, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not desire to press the petition as they intend to file a fresh petition with complete details.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
