While entertaining this writ petition, following orders were passed on 12.06.2018:-
"Heard Shri Vinod Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manvendra Dixit, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has secured more than the declared cut off marks . The declared cut off marks for the post of Police Constable (Female) in SC category is 393.73 whereas the petitioner has secured 410 marks.
Learned standing counsel may seek instructions in the matter. Put up this case as fresh again on 10.07.2018"
Learned standing counsel has obtained instruction, which has been noticed in the order dated 03.08.2018, which reads as under:-
"Learned standing counsel points out that petitioner, at the time of document verification, has not produced the original domicile certificate and therefore, her case has not been considered in the category of Scheduled Castes candidates.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays time to examine this aspect of the matter.
As prayed, put up this case, in the additional cause list, on 13.08.2018"
Learned counsel for the petitioner, although has filed a supplementary affidavit, in which a photo copy of the domicile certificate has been annexed, but the original thereof has not been produced.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has the original certificate and the same shall be placed before the authority concerned.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, as the petitioner has scored marks above the cut off in the respective category, it would be appropriate to dispose of this petition permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no. 3 in respect of her grievance, along with certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. The authority concerned shall look into petitioner's grievance and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a further period of two months, thereafter.
