Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the Principal Judge Family Court Mathura to consider and decide Marriage Petition No. 977 of 2020 (Km. Geeta Devi v. Saurav Sharma) expeditiously and within a stipulated period.
No cause arises for framing of peremptory directions for out of turn disposal of a petition which has been preferred only in 2020 and that too by invoking the power conferred by Article 227 of the Constitution.
The petition is dismissed.
