JUDGMENT / ORDER

Vide order dated 26.4.2012, notice to serve respondent no.2 was issued, returnable at an early date. Till date, necessary steps to serve the said respondent have not been taken.
Stay is operating in favour of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that by tomorrow necessary steps would be taken.
The petitioners are given liberty to take necessary steps by tomorrow. However, it is made clear that in case the necessary steps are not taken by tomorrow, petition shall be deemed to be dismissed, without reference to court.
