Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and Sri Khaleeq Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for O.P. No. 4.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation of case crime No.149 of 2014, under sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Naka Hindola, District Lucknow.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that from the side of the complainant a case Misc. Bench No. 7841 of 2014 has already been filed, the same has been disposed of by this court on 22.8.2014 by which the direction has been issued to S.S.P., Lucknow for ensuring the f air investigation. There is no need to issue fresh direction. The S.S.P., Lucknow shall ensure the fair investigation in pursuance of the order dated 22.8.2014.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
