Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The only prayer made by Sri Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application for scrutiny submitted by the petitioner in regard to the answersheet of the subject of Social Study of 4th semester examination of B.T.C. course (Batch-2015) may be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel does not have any serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending. With the consent of the parties the writ petition is being disposed of finally.
The matter is remitted to the respondent no. 2, Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P., Allahabad.
A writ of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the application for scrutiny of the answersheet in the subject of Social Study of 4th semester examination of B.T.C. course (Batch-2015) of the petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
