The petitioner, who is defendant in Original Suit No. 1053/2014, has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that on 9.10.2017, although the petitioner was present, but the plaintiff was absent.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
