Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A and perused the record.
By means of the present 482 Cr.P.C. application, the applicant is assailing the order dated 13.12.2018 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge Court No.10, Kanpur Dehat by which the applicants have been summoned in exercise of power under section 319 Cr.P.C.
From a perusal of the case, I find that this 482 Cr.P.C. application is not maintainable and it is accordingly rejected with the liberty to file revision, if so advised.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the counsel for the applicant after obtaining a photo copy of the same for keeping it on record.
