Vide order dated 16.11.2019, the Court had directed the learned Standing Counsel to seek instruction in the matter and apprise the Court about the scrutiny result of the petitioner in Sanskrit (Theory).
On the basis of instruction received, learned Standing Counsel submits that on scrutiny there has been no change in the marks obtained. He has also produced the copy of Sanskrit (Theory) paper of High School concerning the petitioner, in which only one marks has been awarded to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the matter be adjourned for today so as to enable him to call the petitioner, who shall examine his copy.
The prayer in this regard made by learned counsel for the petitioner is refused.
The petitioner is at liberty to see her copy in question under The Right to Information Act, 2005.
The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of with direction to the petitioner to apply under Right to Information Act to get copy of her Sanskrit (Theory) paper of High School.
The copy of Sanskrit (Theory) paper of High School of the petitioner produced today, is returned to learned Standing Counsel.
