1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel and Sri Aakash Rai, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3.
2. On the basis of instructions, Sri Aakash Rai, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 submits that apart from attempting questions of Economics and Civics, the petitioner has also attempted question No. 27 of History paper and according to respondents, the same is inadmissible and the same violates the instruction Nos. 6, 9 & 12 of the instructions given in the OMR Sheet and for these reasons her evaluation has not been done, consequently her results for the TGT Examination could not be declared.
3. The copy of the instructions has been given to learned counsel for petitioner and also taken on record.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the grounds for non-evaluation of her answersheet.
5. Learned counsel for respondent has no objection to the said request.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
