Heard Sri Ulajhan Singh Bind, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Leaned counsel for the petitioner states that an FIR has been lodged by Rajveer Singh on the instruction of the mother of the corpus, namely, Smt. Bhagwan Devi against respondent no.4 under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. on 31.12.2018, but the investigation has not yet been progressed. He states that the present habeas corpus petition has been filed for getting release of her daughter who is illegally detained by respondents no.4 to 8.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh at an appropriate stage.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh.
