On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has been awarded average marks in the subject of Social Study, II semester examination 2017 of B.T.C. course (Batch-2015).
The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Harendra Singh is that the petitioner may be provided a copy of the corrected marksheet within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel does not have any serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending. The writ petition is being disposed of with the consent of the parties.
The matter is remitted to the respondent no. 2, Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P., Allahabad.
A mandamus is issued to the respondent no. 2 commanding him to provide a corrected marksheet incorporating the aforesaid average marks to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
