JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of the letter addressed by learned advocate Mr. Sanjay Mehta for the appellant, his name is not shown. As it transpires from the letter which has been addressed including the latest letter dated 19.12.2011 as well as the letter dated 21.2.2012, the appellant company has been informed. Therefore, they were required to engage a lawyer. It appears that they are not interested in proceeding further with the matter in view of the judgment and findings given by the court below. Hence, the present appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
