JUDGMENT / ORDER

One of the prayers in the suit is to fix the eastern and western boundary of the plaint C schedule property. Therefore the report of the Advocate Commissioner with the aid of a Taluk Surveyor is essential.
2. I set aside aside Ext. P6 order and allow I.A. No.
1690/2013 in part. The Court below shall depute an Advocate Commissioner to identify the plaint schedule property with reference to the documents of title. The property of the defendants shall also be measured by the Advocate Commissioner if necessary. Either parties are at liberty to file a work memo to the Advocate Commissioner at the time of his visit.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
