The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 10.08.2011 in W.P.No.22886 of 2010 has been complied with. In this regard, the Director, Elementary Education Department has issued orders in Na.Ka.No.32454/D4/2013 dated 16.12.2013.
