JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner had filed the above writ petition challenging the recovery proceedings. An interim order was granted on 4.1.2008 staying the proceedings for one month on condition of the petitioner paying an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. No extension was granted after that. Nothing survives in the writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed.
