The petitioner is aggrieved with the non compliance of Ext.P1 order. Ext.P1 was an order passed by the Joint Registrar directing settlement of the claims made by the petitioner, who retired on 31.10.2006. 2. The Joint Registrar has filed a counter affidavit in which it is stated that, except DA arrears, the entire amount demanded by the petitioner has been settled.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that the respondent Bank may be granted some time to settle the same. In such circumstances, the above undertaking is recorded and the respondent Bank is granted four WP(C).19734/10 2 months' time to settle the claims of the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of leaving the parties to suffer their respective costs.
