JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri.J.Omprakash, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 10.07.2014, he has relinquished the Vakalath. This Court had hence issued notice to the petitioner. The petitioner has signed the notice and the service is complete on the petitioner, as per the endorsement of the Registry as early as on 01.08.2014. No appearance for the petitioner.
