The plea of the petitioner is that he is entitled to certain kazhakam rights as part of karayma rights of the temple in relation to which this writ petition is filed. Ext.P2 judgment was issued by this Court requiring the Cochin Devaswom Board to decide that issue. The petitioner says that a decision has been arrived at, however that, formal orders have not been issued on the objections of somebody. Learned counsel for the Cochin Devaswom Board submits that there are objections raised by the Temple Advisory Committee or some of its members. While the petitioner says that the term of the Temple Advisory Committee has WPC 20831/2014 2 expired, such objections, if at all there are any, cannot be left to create a permanent hurdle to the Secretary, Cochin Devaswom Board for discharging his duties as a statutory authority. Whatever be the final decision of the Secretary, Cochin Devaswom Board, in the matter which was required to be decided as per the directions in Ext.P2 judgment in W.P.(C) No.12986 of 2014, that shall be rendered and the orders shall be issued without fail on or before 30-11-2014.
This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
