The controversy with respect to a revision of timings, in which the petitioners assert an opportunity for hearing. Though the State Transport Appellate Tribunal had allowed the revision of the party respondent herein, the petitioners contend that they were not impleaded. In such circumstance, if the revision as ordered by the Tribunal, has not been considered yet, definitely, all the objectors shall be heard. Hence, the writ petition would stand closed.
