JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the Madurai Corporation staffs by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2017.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that there is no such threat as alleged in the writ petition, against the writ petitioner.
3. Such being the case, no further orders required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition is closed. No costs.
