JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri.P.T.Jose, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is withdrawing this anticipatory bail application without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate and to enable consideration of his regular bail application by the said jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with the legal principles laid down by this Court in the case, Shanu v.
