JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator conducting service on the route Koyilandy - Thamarassery with stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL 57/C 189. As per Ext.P3 proceedings, the respondent had settled the timings of the petitioner's service allotting to him the time slot of departure from Koyilandy at 6.40 p.m. The petitioner's grievance is that, the timing is proposed to be altered in a timing conference that is scheduled to be conducted on 27.05.2014. Though the petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 objections to the proposed action, he complains that the same has not been considered. The petitioner therefore seeks the issue of an order restraining the respondent from conducting the timing conference on 27.05.2014.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that Ext.P5 objections submitted by the petitioner would also be considered before any decision is taken in the matter. The timing conference has been convened pursuant to the directions contained in Ext.P4 common order of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam.
3. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P5 objections also at the timing conference that is proposed to be conducted on 27.05.2014, before any decision is taken in the matter.
