JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Petitioner's only prayer is for consideration of Ext.P6 representation.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner and the second respondent was granted two permits on substantially the very same route. The settlement of timings is yet to come up for consideration. Petitioner claims priority since, the petitioner's application was submitted three months prior to that of the second respondent. However, it may not be proper for this Court to pass an order without hearing the second respondent. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the timing conference is due to be held on 27.11.2014.
2. In such circumstance, the authority would consider the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and in accordance with the accepted procedure.
Writ petition is disposed off.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
