JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of the variation application produced herein as Ext.P2. The petitioner contends that the same has been adjourned early in January 2014 as per Ext.P3 and the same required to be considered expeditiously. 2. The learned Government Pleader submits that, in fact the Field Officer's report was not found satisfactory and hence the same was adjourned directing the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority (RTA) to submit a report. In such circumstance, it is only proper that; since one year has elapsed, the Secretary RTA expedite the report atleast within a period of two months from today and the RTA shall consider the variation within a period of one month from the receipt of the report.
The writ petition is disposed of.
