The prayer in this writ petition is to issue writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider Ext.P4 application based on Ext.P3 notification and to sanction the higher secondary course in the petitioner's school. 2. When the writ petition came up for hearing today, Sri.v.G.Arun, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty with the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition incorporating a challenge to the Government order dated 24.5.2014 whereby the Government have retraced the steps taken pursuant to G.O.(Ms) No.185/13/G.Edn. dated 11.6.2013.
In the light of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty with the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper pleadings and seeking appropriate reliefs.
