The petitioner is a stage carriage operator. He is conducting services on the route Peechi – Thrissur - Kuttippuram on the strength of a regular permit issued to his stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-8P-9363. According to the petitioner, the timings were settled in the year 2000. The petitioner has therefore, submitted Ext.P3 application seeking revision of timings. He complains that the same has not been considered till date. 2. I have heard the Government Pleader also.
Since Ext.P3 is pending consideration of the first respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation and to pass final orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
