Petitioner has submitted Ext. P3 application for renewal of his permit for transporting red clay from his premises. 2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that there is no policy decision to grant such renewal as the period prescribed is already over.
3. Whatever that might be, the same has to be intimated to the petitioner.
4. Hence there would be a direction to the 1st respondent to issue necessary orders with reference to Ext. P3 application, which shall be done within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
