Defendants were set ex-parte.
2. Thereafter, the matter has been referred to the learned Master for recording evidence.
3. In support of the plaintiff case, PW-1 has been examined and Exhibits P1 to P17 have been marked. The evidence of PW-1 and documents marked in support of the plaintiff's case, viz., Exs.P1 to P17 remain unchallenged.
4. Considering the evidence of PW-1 and documents marked as Exs.P1 to P17, it is found that the plaintiff has established the suit claim.
5. Accordingly, the Suit is decreed as prayed for with costs. Time for handing over the possession is one month from today.
